Applying for Variable Tuition

SVCS uses a third-party evaluator, FACTS Grant & Aid, to help determine financial need. To apply for variable tuition assistance, go to:  Sign in with your FACTS login information (or set up a FACTS account if you do not yet have one) and follow the prompts. 


Please note that a processing fee of $30 will be required to submit your variable tuition application.


Before you begin your application on the FACTS Grant & Aid website, you’ll want to have the following documents ready. They will need to be uploaded or faxed (866-315-9264) to FACTS Grant & Aid to supplement your application:

  1. Completed 2016 federal tax return including all supporting tax schedules
  2. 2016 W-2 forms for all individuals list on the tax return
  3. Documentation for Social Security income and child support
  4. A letter written to the SVCS Financial Aid Committee about your financial circumstances, including the amount that you feel you can pay monthly.
